Cancellation Policy

At Thikazh Store, Refunds are permitted for transactions canceled prior to delivery or after a dispute has been raised in accordance with our grievance policy and resolved in favor of the user.

Refunds will not be issued in cash and will be processed through the original payment method used. It may take 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in the user’s bank account.

All refund requests should be emailed to thikazhtech@gmail.com. Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your request.

Refund requests for your order will be honored as follows:

  • 100% Refund: If the request is received before the order is dispatched and payment was made via Bank Transfer.
  • 97.5% Refund: If the request is received before the order is dispatched and payment was made through a Payment Gateway (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI).
  • 90% Refund: If the request is received after the order has been dispatched.
  • No Refund: If the item has been delivered and is in perfect working condition but no longer needed by the customer.

Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Ordinarily, goods once sold cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy in the delivered product compared to the ordered one. For example, if the specifications of the delivered product do not match the order or if the product is found to be defective and certified as DOA (Dead on Arrival) by the brand’s service center.

Any return request must be made within 3 days of delivery, specifying the reason for the return. Prompt requests are more likely to prevent disputes.

No return or refund will be entertained for products purchased during special occasion sales such as Diwali, Valentine’s Day, New Year, etc. These are limited offers and cancellations are not possible.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, including the company seal, for a refund to be processed.

We will not accept returns or process refunds for products that have been physically damaged, mishandled, or tampered with, including broken seals or warranty stickers. Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our warehouse. All products sold require installation by a technically qualified hardware engineer.
